One month ago today, we had the absolute pleasure of capturing the love story of Emily and Devon. This high school sweetheart’s journey to the altar was nothing short of magical.

From the moment we arrived at Devon’s grandparents’ property, we were captivated by the gorgeous setting. Rolling hills, a pristine white fence, and a serene lake created the perfect backdrop for their vows. It was clear that this location held special meaning for the couple, and it was an honor to document their love story in such a picturesque environment.

Emily and Devon’s vision for their day was simple yet elegant, and they pulled it off flawlessly. Their reception at the Macoupin County Fairgrounds was a heartwarming celebration of their love and their deep-rooted connection to the community.

One of the most memorable moments of the day was witnessing the couple see each other for the first time. Both Emily and Devon are quiet and don’t love to have all eyes on them. Being able to see one another without the crowd of onlookers was a more genuine way for them to see one another on their wedding day.
