MEGAN + JASON

3/16/19 The McPherson, St.Louis MO

Megan was on a bachelorette party. She was having a blast with her friends and celebrating the soon to be bride when Jason’s mom told her she would be the perfect match for her son. She showed her a photo of him, later she showed him a photo of her. Neither had been on a blind date before, but they decided to go for it. They met at the Recess Brewery in Edwardsville Illinois and instantly hit it off. Things could not have went smoother, and Jason’s mom proved herself quite the matchmaker!

One cold January night the two were getting ready to go to dinner. As they were locking up, Jason said he’d forgotten his gloves. He then asked Megan to go get them for him. Megan responded with a little sass – “you can go get your own gloves.” Little did she know she was supposed to go inside so he could get down on one knee. When they both came back out to leave again, she asked if he’d forgotten anything else and when she looked over he was on one knee, asking her to be his wife.

Which brings us to this beautiful March day, when the two would say “I do” in front of their closest family and friends. Enjoy a peek into Megan and Jason’s wedding day!

MORE ABOUT THE DAY

What was the most memorable moment of your day?
The most memorable moment for Jason and I was when the dance floor opened up and the guests started pouring onto the dance floor to celebrate with us. The whole night we could really feel the love from all our family and friends. It was the most incredible night of our lives.

Any advice for future bride/grooms?
Savor every second because it goes by way too fast.

Nothing at all. It was the perfect day!
