BREANN + ANTHONY

He was taken with how tiny she is, but it was followed with being impressed by her intellegence.  She first noticed how muscular he was, but soon found out he was also thoughtful. Their first date was at Sasha’s on Shaw, and then to Mangia Italiano. Anthony knocked over a glass because the bar was full, but Breann knows it’s just because she made him nervous. But he skipped the small talk, and she loved that.  He could tell she was caring, and he loved that.
About a year after that first date, Anthony took Breann to Grafton. The two got out of the car at a little lighthouse they wanted to check out. “Come around and see if we can get in” Anthony told her. She replied with a quick “No, come on, it’s shut.” He eventually convinced her to come around and once she did he got on one knee. She of course said yes, and they took in the moment.  Then they immediately drove down the river road so Breann could get cell service to call her family. They took the skylift up to the winery and ended the night with a carriage ride through the Tilles Park light display. It was the (now second) best day of their lives!
They planned their wedding day for June 19, 2021 and narrowly escaped any COVID issues.  Their day was laid back and filled with joy just like they envisioned!  Enjoy Breann and Anythony’s wedding day!

The first look was the moment Breann looked the most forward to. “It exceeded my expectations. I loved having a moment for just the two of us to soak it all in, as the rest of the day we were surrounded by family and friends.”  We were so fortunate to have great indoor locations at the Olde Wicks Factory in Highland IL to photograph.  We receieved the sweetest compliment from Anthony and Breann and their wedding party how much they appreciated the wedding photos being quick and easy, not walking around in the heat all day.  But this location deserved that credit too because they made it so easy to stay indoors!Although the ceremony and first look are tied for their favorite moment of the day, Anthony most looked forward to the ceremony — “saying our vows and committing to each other, then exit together as a married couple. It exceeded my expectations!” More about the day!:

If you could do it all over, would you change anything? No, it was truly perfect!
Advice for future bride/grooms: Don’t worry about the small details. Everything will fall into place.
