The Smokers – Ten Years Later

We remember Tiffany + Pat’s wedding day like it was yesterday, but in reality it was 10 Years ago!
When Facebook reminded me of my 10 year anniversary of being on the site, it made me reflect on life 10 years ago.  Ten years doesn’t seem lie a ton, but when I think of life before social media and how different life is today, there is clearly a lot that has changed in 10 years!

Which also made me wonder about the weddings we were doing 10 years ago.  How different were they in comparison, and what does life look like now for all those couples? After Roger and I took a trip down memory lane, we decided we wanted to honor the milestone by offering family sessions to show where our 2008 couples are now, 10 years later.  We don’t regularly do family sessions, but this would be such a fun way to honor love, and change, and the day that brought them here 10 years later.

Our first couple that took us up on the offer was Tiffany and Pat, and we were SO excited to see them.  I remember adoring Tiffany’s sense of humor and how easy going she was.  Some things never change.  But some things certainly do!  Tiffany and Pat have added a son to the mix – Henry – who is truly brilliant and adorable, and makes me want to photograph children more often (yet I’ve been to enough weddings to know not all kids are this cooperative), and they have one on the way – another boy.  It was perfect timing for a family photo, and a perfect stroll down memory lane.
