Lacey & Phillip {Wedding Day}

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I love the midwest.  And more specifically – I love the “middle of nowheres” that the midwest holds.  The cities are great and hold location after location for great photos, but it’s the “middle of nowheres” that lead to some of the greatest images with loads of personality.

Lacey & Phillip’s wedding was one of those weddings that you felt like you were with family all day.  Such welcoming people with lots of love to share.

When the main place Lacey wanted photos was on the farm that has been in Phillip’s family for years, I’ll admit – I did a little happy dance.  I love me a farm.  And this farm was so welcoming and adorable.  As well as all the people.  Cute was sort of a theme.

Enjoy their wonderful photos from and abnormally warm November Saturday!

Lacey  – you worked it out girl!  Thank your parents for me for raising such hotness!

Phillip hates photos.  For all you brides who tell me your fiance hates photos and you are fearful he won’t cooperate for photos – take a look at Phillip.  Hates photos – worked it out.  All men secretly enjoy it.  I know it.

Meet the best kids you’ve ever seen at a wedding.  Hands down.

Lacey & Phillip had a first glance, but decided to do all of the photos of the two of them together after the ceremony – back at the farm – with no one else around.

Pure.  Genius.

Awww snap.  Lacey – you rock my world.

Obviously there was a cow/dairy theme at the reception since Phillip and his family are dairy farmers.  The entrance into the reception was the best we’d ever seen.

Lacey & Phillip – Roger and I had an amazing time at your wedding.  You are both so blessed with friendly, and warm families and friends.  One thing I think is so essential to a marriage is having that strong family and friend base to share your memories with.  I can tell they all enrich your lives and your love as you do theirs.  I look forward to seeing your family grow and build throughout the years and feel blessed in knowing we were a part of the first day of it all.  We wish you all the happiness life has to offer!  Congrats!

All of Lacey & Phillip’s photos will be available online on Wednesday!
