Michelle and Eric went to High School together. Although they knew one another, they ran in different circles and never really hung out. But as fate would have it, they met up again at a class reunion float trip and there was suddenly a spark where they didn’t see one before. Sometimes it takes a little bit of life to be lived before your eyes open to new things, and Eric was happy Michelle gave him a second look.
Time getting to know one another turned into dating, and dating turned into buying a home together, and buying a home together turned into the time to make the next step. So Eric planned to pop the question in Chicago for Michelle’s birthday. After a long day of holding hands through museuems, and shops, and the sights, the two walked to Navy Pier to relax. Eric however couldn’t relax because he knew this was the right moment. So he stopped Michelle, dropped to one knee, and asked Michelle to spend the rest of eternity with him.
Michelle and Eric look forward to their wedding day this July and spending the rest of their lives with their best friend.
Ironically enough, as the two of them celebrated the first moments of being engaged, there was a couple next to them getting their engagement photos done. And now on a drizzly Friday afternoon – it was there turn for photos!! Enjoy Michelle & Eric’s engagement session!
