We’ve known Catie for awhile now. We photographed her brother’s senior session a few years ago, and anyone who knows us knows that session was one of our favorites of all time. We also had the privilege of photographing her sister’s wedding last year and that was a day near and dear to our hearts as well. One thing for certain – Catie’s parents have produced some amazing kids. So, when we knew we’d be photographing Catie we were sure it was going to be fun – but we had no idea HOW fun. We knew it would yield some great images – but we had no idea HOW great. And we assumed it would be rewarding – but there was no way to know HOW rewarding it would be. Catie rocked our world. I looked forward to going through these photos way more than just your average session, and editing was fun vs a task. Enjoy Catie’s amazing senior session!!

This is going to sound crazy, but there really is a way to time travel. It’s done fairly easily actually. All you have to do is go through old photos and presto – you’re taken back in time. You can almost smell the air, feel the temperature, and experience that exact moment again just by looking at an image. It’s truly remarkable.
Brendan is athletic and handsome – that’s a given. But he is such a charming, polite person with a warm, genuine smile. Having a high school senior myself, I have to believe that his parents must be so proud of him. You don’t come across teenagers like him every day, so we enjoyed getting to know Brendan one COLD Friday morning. I’m sure he would have rather been just about anywhere other than in front of our cameras that morning, but he modeled like a pro and never complained. Enjoy a few from Brendan’s senior session!!
When we met Natalie last year at her brother’s senior session I immediately said to Roger “they better call us back when it’s his sister’s turn!” and thankfully – they did!! Natalie has an amazing look, can work the camera like a pro, and is a complete head turner – yet she’s humble, doesn’t take herself too seriously, and is the quintessential girl next door beauty queen. Natalie braved through the cold morning with us and she made our day with her mad modeling skills and her sweet personality. Enjoy a few from Natalie’s Senior Session!!
We have known him since Kindergarten. I distinctly remember this boy walking up to me and starting a conversation with me like an adult would. When my son Curtis walked up a little later I asked him “What grade is that boy in?” and he looked at me confused and said “He’s in my class Mom!” and grabbed his lunchbox and walked away from me annoyed. He’s always been the mature one. When my son was burning microwave meals, Josh was grilling steaks. He’s always been the tall one and my son the short one. Kind of like The Odd Couple, their contrasts have created a beautiful dynamic that has made their friendship last throughout the past 12 years – even when we moved an hour away. I’m so lucky that my son has a friend like Josh in his life, and if I could design someone to be his friend throughout life – it would certainly be him. Now a senior in high school, he’s grown up to be even more amazing than we expected him to be and we know that his future is filled with happiness and success. Now before I start crying – enjoy a few of our favorites from Josh’s senior photo shoot!!
