When Stephanie first contacted us about her wedding we were booked. When she contacted us the second time with a question – that couple had called off their wedding. And voilà – fate. Upon first meeting she and Todd at a Bread Co. one afternoon, you could totally tell why they made such a great match. The first thing Stephanie did was give me a hug, and Todd’s warm, sweet smile lights up a room. And when the two combine… magic. He’s a little bit country, and she’s a little bit rock and roll and the two blend perfectly for them. Enjoy Stephanie and Todd’s wedding day!

That’s a Poltergeist refrence in honor of Halloween. Hopefully you all aren’t too old for one of the creepiest movies known to man. Tyra Banks says it too – which let’s face it – she can be scary as well. The point? A little lesson in photography for those of you out there who wonder why in the world Roger and I are constantly speaking about “the light”. You see, for photographers, it is ALL ABOUT THE LIGHT. Good light, bad light, ultimate light, harsh light, not enough light… theres about a ZILLION different lights.
Meredith has something about her that just makes you want to BE her. Obviously the first thing you notice is how gorgeous she is, because let’s face it – she makes movie stars look ugly. But then she talks to you and listens to you and is interested in what you have to say. She encourages you and lifts you up and just makes you feel better by just being around her. So there really is no question to why AJ would have fallen for her immediately. AJ is warm. He’s incredibly endearing and handsome with a boyish charm. He’s great for conversation and wins you over within 30 seconds or as soon as he smiles – whichever comes first. So there is no question why she fell for him upon meeting him.
She wasn’t settling for anything less than butterflies. The kind of love that makes you a little weak in the knees. And when she finally came across her old high school buddy Nate, she just knew. He wanted someone to nurture and care for. To value and cherish. And no one looked at him the way she does. It’s a love so close you barely know where one ends and the other begins. They are molded together and simply made for one another. Her hands were shaking as she walked to him, and tears gently rolled down his cheeks as he read the card she’d taken all morning to write. There was no denying that they had what it takes to make love last forever. And today was the day to do just that. Enjoy Jennifer & Nathan’s wedding day!
It was the most popular wedding date of 2011 – 9/10/11. Jessica and Jimmy had been planning it for over a year and hadn’t thought about anything else for months. The days leading up to the wedding Jessica barely slept. She tends to be a bit type A, and gets pretty stressed when she’s trying to make things perfect. Jimmy is the ying to her yang, calming her and steadying her when life gets to be too much. Jessica took on more of the elements of planning than most brides, creating the bouquets, boutonnieres, invitations, programs, and decorations all herself. To say she was overwhelmed would be an understatement. But this was the day she’d be marrying the man of her dreams, and you simply don’t take that lightly! So when the day arrived, there was nothing left to do except make her dreams come true. Enjoy Jessica and Jimmy’s wedding day!
